How long does the construction of the facility take?

The timing depends on the scale and complexity. We draw up a detailed schedule of work and strictly adhere to it, which is confirmed by the experience of completing all facilities on time.

How much does turnkey construction cost?

We create a transparent estimate without hidden services and unexpected surcharges; the cost depends on the project, materials and scope of work.

What documents do you provide?

We work within the framework of the received licenses for construction and installation works (CMP) of category I and design licenses of category III; During construction, we prepare all the necessary regulatory, technical and executive documentation for the facility, as well as documentation at the request of the customer and upon commissioning of the facility.

Do you work only in Astana or all over Kazakhstan?

We are implementing projects throughout the country; existing contracts in several regions, including: Astana, Almaty, Abai region, Atyrau region, Aktobe region.

Can I use my own materials?

Yes, subject to compliance with standards and certification; we also offer proven materials and technologies.
